Shipping Policies
We like to work, but not that hard, so we pack + ship orders on Wednesdays. Our weekly order cut-off is 11:59 PM (Mountain) on Tuesdays.
If you order on Tuesday, we will ship on Wednesday. If you order on Friday, we will ship the next Wednesday. You get it.
We do our best to reuse packaging and hope you will, too. (We also compost and think you oughta do that as well!)
Return Policy
All goods are made or grown by our hands, so all sales are final. If there are extenuating circumstances, feel free to reach out and we can probably figure out how to make everyone happy.
Regarding Tallow Melting
Some of our products are subject to melting at hot temperatures because they do not contain stabilizers. We know that you love to have products that don't include these ingredients, but this does mean we have to accept that there will be certain factors that we cannot control. We do our absolute best to ship items securely, in heat-resistant packaging, but sometimes if a box sits in a hot mail truck or mail box in the sun for too long, the product inside may still melt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. Take the forecast/your region into account when ordering from us online.
If your item melts, that doesn’t make it unusable. For tallow balm and bee balm, you can gently warm it back to a liquid form, give a little stir and then let everything cool. The coconut oil will separate from the tallow as it firms up and that is why there are little firm spots.
